4th Langkawi Youth Sailing Championship 2025

The Kedah Sailing Association, in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, proudly presents the 4th Langkawi Youth Sailing Championship 2024. This prestigious event will take place from June 18th to 21st, 2025, at the National Sailing Centre in Langkawi, Kedah, Malaysia.

Organizing Authority:

• This regatta is organized by the Kedah Sailing Association and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, under the auspices of the National Sport Council and the Malaysian Sailing Association (MSA).

Entry:

• The competition is open to both national (Malaysian) and international participants.

Classes:

• ILCA 7: (Under 21, born after 2004)
• ILCA 6 Men/Women: (Under 21, born after 2004)
• ILCA 4.7: (Under 17, boys & girls born after 2008)
• Optimist: (Under 16, born after 2010)
• International 420 Open: (Under 21, girls & boys born after 2004)
• Windsurfing RS-One Men/Women: (Under 21, born after 2004)
• Windsurfing Bic Techno Men/Women: (Under 17, born after 2008)
• IQ Foil: (Born after 2004)
• 29ER – Open: (Under 21, born after 2004)

Note: Each category requires a minimum of 5 entries to be considered valid for competition.
