Requirement
- Minimum 60 pax
- Minimum stay of 3 nights (4D3N)
- Submission of request : 21 working days prior to event

Term & Condition of MICE Incentives
1. Please note that these are ‘inkind’ supports from LADA to DMC/Travel Agents/Wedding Planner who bring a MICE Group to Langkawi, not the direct monetary support and cannot redeemable for cash.
2. Final choice of venue, menu and rate per pax for hi-tea/lunch/dinner/attraction must be agreeable by LADA.
3. Final total number of pax is according to the application form submitted. Additional pax will be borne by the organizer/agent.
4. Halal menu with non-alcoholic beverages only.
5. Cultural performance / cultural activities / place of attraction must be agreeable by LADA.
6. Goodies item are comprises of local products / geo products and Langkawi brochures.
7. Any last-minute and no-show cancellation during the hi-tea / lunch / dinner / visits to the attraction will be borne by the organizer/agent.
8. LADA shall not entitled to all losses, damages, illness or liability incurred arising from the hi-tea / lunch / dinner / cultural performance / cultural activities/visits to the attraction.
9. LADA reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

MICE Application Process
1. Applications must be submitted by the agency via email at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the group's arrival date, clearly stating the incentive requested. Please refer to the list of available incentives at https://naturallylangkawi.my/mice-incentive/.
2.The application must be accompanied by complete supporting documents, including the MICE Application Form, itinerary, and participant name list.
3.The agency will receive feedback from LADA within twenty-four (24) hours, provided that all required documents have been submitted and are complete.
4.The application will then proceed to the procurement process.
5.The agency will be notified via email regarding the status of the application.
6.If the application is approved, the agency must comply with all terms and conditions stipulated by LADA. Please refer to https://naturallylangkawi.my/mice-incentive/ for further details.
