Kampung Kubang Badak is a unique ecosystem representing a tidal river estuary, full of high geological diversity, pristine mangroves, and early settlement history of the Thai community.
Kubang Badak BioGeoTrail is the latest geoproduct project that opens up new opportunities for the local people, while at the same time, helps to reduce the significant pressure of mass tourism at Kilim Karst Geoforest Park.
This project is based on the concepts of knowledge tourism and development to achieve maximum satisfaction of tourists, as well as conservation and sustainable management of natural resources. There are 13 interesting sites complete with stories about the natural history of Kubang Badak, including the history of humans, culture, geology, and biology.
