Event Overview

The 39th MSA-NSC-MILO National Open Sailing Championship 2025 will take place from 18–22 November 2025 at the National Sailing Centre, Langkawi, Kedah, Malaysia.
It is part of the Malaysian Ranking Circuit, welcoming both national and international sailors.

• Under the auspices of the National Sports Council (NSC) and Malaysian Sailing Association (MSA)

⛵ Race Classes

The championship includes multiple sailing categories such as:

• ILCA 7, ILCA 6 (Men/Women), ILCA 4.7 (Boys/Girls)

• Optimist (U16), Junior Optimist (U12 & U10)

• International 470 & 420 (Open/U21)

• 29er, Big Techno Plus, Bic Techno, RS:X, RS:One, IQFoil (Men/Women)
  Minimum of 5 entries required per category.

⚖️ Rules

• Governed by World Sailing RRS 2025–2028 and class rules.

• English version takes precedence in case of translation conflict.

• Equipment must follow measurement rules and approvals.

• Penalty and protest systems follow RRS procedures.
